With the exception of any changes that are required by law applicable to the applicant, applicants should generally assume that the template grant agreement will be used as provided here. As stated in the SIPA GovGrants Program Manual, excessive requests or exceptions without sufficient explanation and proposed alternative language may be grounds for denying an application.
