SIPA Accessibility Statement

The Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) is committed to providing equitable access to our digital services to all individuals, regardless of technology or ability.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so, adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines. Our goal is deliver an online experience that achieves “Level AA” conformance according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.1 (WCAG 2.1).

Our efforts are part of a meaningful change in making all SIPA services inclusive and accessible. To accommodate all individuals and ensure accessibility to the public, we welcome comments on how to improve our technology’s accessibility and for requests for accommodations to any SIPA services.

Please share feedback about the accessibility of SIPA’s online services. To request reasonable accommodations or modifications, or to report inaccessible content, please reach out to SIPA through any of the following means:


Within five (5) business days after receipt of the issue/request, a SIPA staff member will contact the person initiating the issue/request to discuss the problem and the possible resolutions. Within ten (10) business days of the discussion, a SIPA member will respond in a format accessible to the submitter. The response will offer options for a resolution.
