Speaker - Andy Karsian

Andy Karsian, General Manager, FRPRD Andy Karsian is the General Manager of the Front Range Passenger Rail District. Prior to this position, he was CDOT’s legislative liaison for almost a decade. In this role, he formed coalitions with legislators and local communities to advance much-needed transportation policy. Before his time at CDOT, General Manager Karsian was the political liaison for county commissioners statewide at Colorado Counties, Inc. A Colorado native, Andy has degrees from Metropolitan State University of Denver and Regis University. In addition to his policy and legislative work, Andy has supported refugees and immigrants in the Denver metro area, served in the Peace Corps in Armenia, and managed a jazz/blues bar in LoDo.
